New Jersey joins Northeast states that previously adopted rules
The Advanced Clean Cars II rule, to be published in the New Jersey Register on Dec. 18, will require all new cars, pickup trucks, and SUVs sold in the state to be zero emission by 2035, according to a statement from New Jersey Gov.
