Meet Team NJ SEED

Michael Drulis, Executive Director

Michael Drulis has served as the Executive Director for NJ SEED since 2009.  He has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and is a seasoned non-profit manager and public policy advocate.  His experiences in the public sector include utility and infrastructure development and financial management.  Michael works with the NJ SEED Board of Trustees to set and advance the Coalition’s programs to the benefit of its membership.

Ryan Berger, Assistant Executive Director

Serving as NJ SEED’s, Assistant Executive Director, Ryan Berger is responsible for the daily operations and manages the legislative education program for NJ SEED.  Ryan is a graduate of Rutgers University and has experience working in the Governor’s Office, local government and numerous State and Federal campaigns.  In 2021, Ryan expanded NJ SEED’s legislative program with a full-time, ever present, legislative presence advancing member interests through education in the State House and on Capitol Hill.
