NJ SEED: Now that Tammy Murphy has suspended her campaign and left the field to Rep. Kim, some of the enthusiasm to move legislation to reform primary elections may diminish. Of course, a court mandate could drive the legislature to make revisions. But should the courts mandate the way political parties choose their candidates?
