Businesses with 25 or more employees are being offered the chance to participate in the program dubbed RetireReadyNJ, which is aimed at boosting the retirement savings of workers who do not have access to retirement plans through their private-sector employers.

NJ SEED: It is estimated that half of New Jersey’s working population lacks access to an employer-provided retirement account. This new program will assist private sector employers to establish payroll deduction procedures to enable employees to help save for retirement.
