NJ SEED: It is time for the Trump Administration to stop playing politics with the Gateway Rail Tunnel project. The funds have been duly appropriated by congress. The start/stop work on the project affects thousands of workers, and each delay adds to the final cost. The need for the new tunnels is indisputable, and rehabilitation of the existing tunnels is urgently required.
