The New Jersey Civil Service Commission approved a proposal Wednesday (4/9) for employees to continue to telework.

NJ SEED: There are many pros and cons with respect to remote work vs in-person work. Perhaps further study and debate would lead to a better solution than a government mandate. Highbred and flexible programs designed specifically for each work environment might ve a better approach.
