This is a clarion call to New Jersey’s next governor: Regardless of who wins the election in November, the urgent need to preserve our state’s land, protect our environment and ensure equitable access to nature must be a top priority.

NJ SEED: With NJ’s high population density, preservation of farm land and other open spaces ought to be a priority. Economic growth can continue to take place but with concentration on areas that have been previously used. Mrs. Rhoads’ wish list is long and not without merit, but like most worthy causes, most items are underfunded.
