All of us need to listen to the message that voters across America sent last Tuesday, which is that the vast majority of Americans are experiencing severe economic strains and still feeling the effects of inflation. There could not be a worse time to impose a new $9 toll on individuals who are traveling into downtown Manhattan for work, school, or leisure.”

NJ SEED: For New Jerseyans who commute to NYC daily for work the proposed congestion pricing tax would add close to another $50.00 a week on top of all the other costs associated with commuting to work in the city. The proposal is another good reason NJ should launch an aggressive campaign to attract NY business to relocate to the Garden State.
