Jersey Mike’s Subs has signed a lease bringing the homegrown fast-growing franchise business to Bell Works Fort Monmouth.

Savills, and others, revealed the deal for 68,750 square feet at 1 CommVault Way in Tinton Falls in its look back at the office sector for the first quarter of 2026. 

One of the largest for the period, the transaction offers a bold endorsement, bringing a high-profile tenant to Inspired by Somerset Development‘s “Baby Bell,” which it acquired last year. It also highlights regional demand – a new kind of the “Netflix effect,” if you will – and a persistent and consolidated flight to quality that continues to buoy the sector.
