With Congestion Pricing Clock Ticking Down, Jersey Asks Feds for a Time Out

With a 30-day review period ending Monday on New York’s congestion pricing plan to charge up to a $23 fee to enter Manhattan south of 60th Street, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy is asking federal officials to tap the brakes.
