Six Legislators Will Step Up From The N.J. Assembly to The Senate

When the new legislative session starts next week, six newcomers to the state Senate will be familiar faces to Statehouse stalwarts, as they’re moving over from the Assembly.

 The six won their bids for Senate seats to replace outgoing senators, a common path up the political ladder for state electeds.
