For politicians, the wonderful thing about tomorrow is that it never comes.
That’s the secret to all of those plans with the word “zero” in them, from COVID to carbon dioxide.
We saw a classic example of that the other day when the Murphy administration retreated from a provision of his Energy Master Plan that would have taken effect in 2025.
