Hudson Tunnel Project Gets Billions From Feds to Move Gateway Project Forward

The Gateway Project to build two new Hudson River rail tunnels and rehabilitate the old ones took a major step forward Thursday that puts the bi-state project on a path to ultimately receive a $6.88 billion federal grant, officials said.
