New Jersey skies have been filled for days with intense waves of smoke from wildfires in northern Quebec. The smoke pollution prompted major health concerns around the state, causing many outdoor activities and events to be canceled, while visibility concerns disrupted travel.

NJ SEED: Climate change activists are quick to jump on any event to push their agenda. While recognizing that yes the climate does change, the cause of the Canadian (and possibly NJ) wildfires may have more to do with forest management – or lack thereof – than to climate change.
