Gov. Phil Murphy made another recent swing through Los Angeles to sell Hollywood movie and TV executives about bringing more business to New Jersey, pitching its many production studios and tax incentives.

NJ SEED: The motion picture/TV industry is a great one to attract to NJ where the industry began. However with over 30 production facilities under construction or planned, it might be a concern that the facilities could become overbuilt. Of course, those huge studios could be turned into warehouses.
